Memorial Maria Luisa Photo Contest

Competition summary:

The Memorial Maria Luisa International Mountain, Nature and Adventure Photo Contest is now open. All photographers from widely recognised international photographers, to undiscovered talent and new photographers can enter. After a traditional prize giving ceremony, the festival will tour to over 100 different locations.

This year, a new thematic category dedicated to photography and videos in the National Parks has been created to commemorate the Centennial of the Peaks of Europe National Park.

Categories include: Mountain Landscape, Alpinism, Mountain Climbing, Adventure end Extreme Sports, Man in the Mountain - Nature, Animal World, The World of Birds, Plant World, Submerged World, Biodiversity, Natural Landscapes, Creative Photo, Macro Photo, Topic of the Year: Photography in National Parks, Young Photographers.

Entry requirements:

All photographers may enter. Entries are limited to 5 photographs per entrants in each category entered.

Entry fee:

22 Euros for adult entries. For under 20s participation is free.

Prize details:

The Overall Winner will be awarded a cash prize of €3,000, a Trophy, a Diploma, a portfolio book and two invitations to the awards gala.
The winner of each category will receive €300.
The Young Photographer winner receives a Premium Tablet from Samsung, a Trophy and a diploma.
The winner of the Special Award of the theme of the Year will receive a BN008 Citizen Watch, a trophy and a diploma.
