Competition summary:

The International Photography Awards conducts an annual competition for professional, non-professional, and student photographers on a global scale, creating one of the most ambitious and comprehensive competitions in the photography world today. The IPA recognises photography’s leading talents who are creating, shaping and defining the world of photography.

Advertising, Architecture, Book, Deeper Perspective, Editorial, Event, Fine Art, Moving Images, Nature, People, Special Category and Sports.

Entry requirements:

The IPA competition is open to any photographer, 18 years of age or older, from any country. Professional photographers will be judged against other professionals and non-professionals against other non-professionals and students.

Professionals:
Single Image: $35.00 USD
Series (2 to 9 images): $60.00 USD
Each Additional Category: 20% off

Non-professionals:
Single Image: $25.00 USD
Series (2 to 9 images): $50.00 USD
Each Additional Category: 20% off

Students:
Single Image: $15.00 USD
Series (2 to 9 images): $30.00 USD
Each Additional Category: 20% off

Prize details:

Photographer of the Year Award wins $10,000 cash prize.
Discovery of the Year Award wins $5,000.
Deeper Perspective of the Year Award wins $5,000
Moving Image Photographer of the Year Award wins $2,500. The 12 Category winners in the Professional Categories will each receive a $1,000 cash prize. The 12 Category winners in the Non-Professional (Student and Amateur) Categories will each receive a $500 prize.
