Photographers retain copyright. Credited use is allowed for the competition and Nature Talks Photo Festival, including future promotion. Separate terms permit finalist and winning images in exhibitions and print for five years, and sharing with production providers or editorial coverage of the competition. These uses are unpaid; unrelated licensing enquiries are referred to the photographer. Reviewed against both 2026 rules and terms.
