GDT European Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2007

For the seventh time the GDT (Gesellschaft Deutscher Tierfotografen e.V.) invites amateurs and professionals from all over Europe to participate in this contest. This year for the first time we will be able to present the winners as well as the runners-up of each category with cash prizes. The overall winner will receive a cheque for € 2 000. All photographers whose pictures are selected will receive the exhibition catalogue. The overall winner as well as the winners and runners-up in each category will receive free tickets for the International Nature Photography Festival in Lünen where the award winning photos will be presented to the public in an exhibition from 26th to 28th October 2007. After the festival the exhibition will be shown in various museums and exhibition centres in Germany and abroad.
